mFortune Casino – iOS/Android mobiles & tablets

If you’re in the market for a new casino to join, this one’s for you! We’ve put mFortune Casino under the microscope so you don’t have to. What freebies are on offer at this Intouch Games owned brand? How does their selection of games stack up? Here’s everything you need to know…

Signing Up & First Impressions

We downloaded the mFortune app from the App Store (don’t worry Android users, you can get it from Google Play too) and signed up there, but you can also sign up at www.mfortune.co.uk. We popped in our phone number and filled in some basic details. They then text us a code to active our account and voila.  You need to make sure your device is running iOS 10 or Android 5 and above to play most of their games

On first impressions, we liked the clean app and website layout. The game grid was colourful, the app was easy to use, and there’s plenty of information for you to read if you wanna know a bit more about mFortune.

Welcome Offers

The thing you really wanna know about though, is if there’s a welcome bonus right? Of course, there is, and this one is pretty decent. We got £5 bonus credit for signing up which we could use to try any game and stake however we liked. Awesome, huh? Not only that, but there’s no sky-high wagering to worry about as mFortune’s bonuses have just a x1 wagering requirement.

The freebies keep coming when you make your first deposit too, as mFortune will double your first deposit up to a maximum of £100. We deposited £15 and got £30 to play with, but you can max this offer out and deposit £100 to play with £200 if you’re feeling flush. Again, this has that tiny x1 wagering requirement attached.

Other Bonuses

We did wonder if the bonuses would stop once mFortune Casino had got us through the door, but we were pleased to see this wasn’t the case. Loyalty means a lot to ‘em and they treat regular players to a whole host of freebies including:

  • £5 bonus credit + 50% friend’s first deposit match bonus when you refer a friend
  • Weekly ad hoc bonuses (inc. free spins, deposit matches, and instant bonuses)
  • Game of the Month bonuses with all new slots releases
  • Chances to win bonus credit and free spins in Facebook competitions

These bonuses all come with – you guessed it – that x1 wagering requirement which means you need to play through it once before you can withdraw any winnings. It’s also worth noting that terms and conditions do apply, so be sure to do your homework.

Slots Games

Remember that colourful game grid we mentioned? We didn’t recognise a single slots game! Turns out, mFortune Casino design and develop all of their games in-house which means you won’t find the usual suspects here. This is pretty cool, and we loved the chance to take some new games for a spin.

There are about 40 titles to choose from and while some of the older ones do look a bit dated (they’re about 10 years old so we can forgive them!), there was lots to like when it came to the newer games. We played Coliseum Cash which we really enjoyed.

It’s a slick slots game that was really easy to play and had a fun theme. There’s a cool bonus level where you fire boulders at a Roman fort and win additional multipliers too. It was a nice touch to have something other than the standard reels, and lots of mFortune’s games seem to have these extras.

Each slots game has its own progressive Jackpot and there are some pretty huge ones to look out for. Cat and Mouse has the biggest at over £400,000! RTP wise, you can see the percentages for each game in their info section.

And you can rest assured that all these slots games are above board. Before they can be released, mFortune need to get a certificate for each game from UKGC-approved testers that verify them for fairness. Good to know!

Bingo & Casino

There’s more than slots to play at mFortune and while you’ll have to download extra apps, you can play bingo, roulette, blackjack, and poker here. You use the same login details though, so there’s no need to create an extra account.

The roulette is your standard European roulette with 3D graphics which is a nice touch, but we did think their blackjack and poker games looked a little dated. Again, probably because they were the casino’s first games in 2006.

Their 90-ball bingo was pretty fun though! They have 11 jewel-themed bingo rooms and each has a progressive jackpot and chatroom. We enjoyed chatting with mFortune players and their bingo hosts, and we’re pleased to see prizes for one line, two line, and a full house in every game.

Tickets start from 10p and strips from 60p, and your card is marked automatically. The side-slots were a nice touch and a good way to try out these games if you’re new. We also hear they hold weekly prize draws and quizzes in the bingo chatrooms too which are worth checking out.

Depositing & Withdrawing

There are two things that matter when you’re depositing and withdrawing at a mobile casino: how easy it is and how secure it is

Starting with security, mFortune Casino have this covered. They use 256-bit TLSv1.2 digital encryption to protect your payments and your data. They also promise not to pass your details on to any third parties.

As for how easy it is to deposit and withdraw? Things aren’t too shabby on this front either. You can make a deposit using your debit / credit card, paysafecard, Skirll or PayPal account and the minimum deposit is £5. If you want to deposit by phone bill, you can do so from £3 and this will either be taken from your available pay-as-you-go credit or added to your next bill.

If you want to withdraw any winnings, you can withdraw to your bank account, debit / credit card, or PayPal account. You can withdraw any amount you like, but you’ll be charged a fixed £3 fee if you want to withdraw anything under £10.

Timescale wise, mFortune are on the slower side. We waited 4 working days (Mon-Fri and not counting the day we requested the funds) for our withdrawal to be processed by the banking team who then text us asking for ID. We sent this over via the app and the money was in our bank 2 working days later.

Our advice would be to be prompt in sending over your ID and don’t expect the cash to be in your bank the next day. You’ll get there, but lots of other casinos pay out a lot faster than mFortune seems to.

Responsible Gambling

Hopefully, you won’t need them, but it’s good to know mFortune has some responsible gambling measures in place. The casino is GamCare certified and gives you the option to turn on deposit / session limits, set a cooldown period, or self-exclude entirely. If you self-exclude through Gamstop, this will exclude you from mFortune and all Intouch Games casinos.

Help and Support

mFortune’s help team are based in the UK and on hand 24/7 if you have any questions or are having any trouble. You can get in touch by tapping ‘support’ from the game menu or by:

Final Thoughts

With lots of bonuses with a x1 wagering requirement and a decent selection of exclusive slots games, there’s lots to like at mFortune. Withdrawals do drag on a bit, but if you’re prepared to stick it out we think you’ll enjoy this one as much as we did!
